Bunz, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 2d Compstall Road, Romiley, Stockport was given the score after assessment on August 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Stockport's 554 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 416 (75%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
