Libby's, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 Town Street, Marple Bridge, Stockport was given the score after assessment on August 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Stockport's 553 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 416 (75%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
