Johnny's Cafe & Diner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 30 Gorton Road, North Reddish, Stockport was given the score after assessment on April 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Stockport's 554 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 422 (76%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
