New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Habibah Spice Takeaway, at 24 Reddish Road, South Reddish, Stockport was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 25.

And Royal Chef, at 55 Broadstone Road, North Reddish, Stockport was also given a score of four on April 25.

It means that of Stockport's 312 takeaways with ratings, 162 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
