New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Cinnamon Indian, at 84-86 Gorton Road, North Reddish, Stockport was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 8.

And Royal Shawarma, at 595 Gorton Road, North Reddish, Stockport was given a score of three on February 8.

It means that of Stockport's 343 takeaways with ratings, 167 (49%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
