New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Salty Towers Fish Bar, at 21 Little Underbank, Stockport was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 4.

And Last Monsoon, at 54 King Street West, Stockport was given a score of three on January 4.

It means that of Stockport's 335 takeaways with ratings, 161 (48%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
