Food hygiene ratings given to two Stockport restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Stockport’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Tangs Restaurant, at 19 Church Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Stockport was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 29.

And Peter Hayes Catering, at Avro Golf, Old Hall Lane, Woodford, Stockport was given a score of two on March 29.

It means that of Stockport's 532 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 395 (74%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
