A Salford takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Hoys, a takeaway at 98 Liverpool Road, Eccles was given the score after assessment on May 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Salford's 328 takeaways with ratings, 115 (35%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
