Chicago Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 177 Liverpool Road, Cadishead was given the score after assessment on November 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 318 takeaways with ratings, 107 (34%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
