A Salford takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Salford takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Dixy Chicken, a takeaway at 216 Liverpool Road, Eccles was given the score after assessment on June 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Salford's 323 takeaways with ratings, 105 (33%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
