A Salford takeaway has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Big Gyros, a takeaway at Unit 3 The Vibe, 175 Broughton Lane, Salford was given the maximum score after assessment on June 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Salford's 326 takeaways with ratings, 108 (33%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
