Khan Chai, a takeaway at 2 King Edwards Buildings, Bury Old Road, Salford was given the score after assessment on February 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 325 takeaways with ratings, 111 (34%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
