Swinton Balti Chef, a takeaway at 245 Manchester Road, Pendlebury was given the score after assessment on July 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 326 takeaways with ratings, 110 (34%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
