A Salford takeaway has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

KC Chefs, a takeaway at 92 Phoebe Street, Salford was given the maximum score after assessment on March 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Salford's 316 takeaways with ratings, 105 (33%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
