Jaypur Balti, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 207 Chorley Road, Swinton was given the score after assessment on May 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 347 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 205 (59%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
