Eastzeast, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 30 Blackfriars Street, Salford was given the score after assessment on June 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 360 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 223 (62%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
