A Salford restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Cottage, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 358 Worsley Road, Swinton was given the score after assessment on February 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Salford's 363 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 227 (63%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
