HMP Forest Bank, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at H M P Forest Bank Prison, Forest Bank, Swinton was given the score after assessment on October 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 348 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 213 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
