A Salford restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Embankment Kitchen Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 1, 2 New Kings Head Yard, Salford was given the maximum score after assessment on August 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 352 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 210 (60%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
