The Lighthouse Coffee Shop, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Within Lighthouse International Worship Centre, 12 Centenary Park, Coronet Way was given the maximum score after assessment on November 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 353 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 218 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
