Leo's Bar And Grill, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 198 Monton Road, Eccles was given the maximum score after assessment on October 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Salford's 348 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 214 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
