Good news as food hygiene ratings given to two Salford restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Salford’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Salford’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Domis Eat, at Within Castle Irwell Student Village, Cromwell Road, Salford was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 4.

And The Tea'osk, at Summer Shed Within Lightoaks Park, Claremont Road, Salford was also given a score of five on November 4.

It means that of Salford's 349 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 199 (57%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
