New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Salford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Salford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

• Rated 4: Bridge Cafe at Bridge Cafe Bridge House, 15 Bridge Street, Swinton; rated on November 29

• Rated 2: Rosies Cafe at 429 Liverpool Road, Eccles; rated on November 29

• Rated 1: Lightweight Kitchen at Gudlift Gym Second Floor Bridgewater Mill, Legh Street, Eccles; rated on November 29
