Food hygiene ratings handed to 11 Salford establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Salford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to five restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Waterside Resource Unit at Waterside Resource Centre, Billy Lane, Swinton; rated on March 14

• Rated 5: Coffee's Cafe at Unit 59 Richmond Hill, 52 St Stephen Street, Salford; rated on March 10

• Rated 5: Christine's Tearoom at 86 Liverpool Road, Irlam; rated on March 3

• Rated 5: Cater Link Limited at Within Salford City Academy, Northfleet Road, Eccles; rated on March 1

• Rated 4: Pizza Express at G38 Lowry Designer Outlet, The Quays, Salford; rated on March 3
