Food hygiene ratings given to two Salford establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Salford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Salford’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Hot Cup Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 383 Bolton Road, Salford was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 15.

And The Lancastrian Fish and Chip Shop, a takeaway at 215 Bolton Road, Salford was given a score of three on November 15.
