A Rochdale takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Maryland Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 11 South Parade, Rochdale, Lancashire was given the score after assessment on October 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Rochdale's 293 takeaways with ratings, 164 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
