Manchester Grill, a takeaway at 27 Market Place, Middleton, Rochdale was given the maximum score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rochdale's 293 takeaways with ratings, 151 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
