A Rochdale takeaway has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Subway, a takeaway at Subway Times Retail Park, Dawson Street, Heywood, Rochdale was given the maximum score after assessment on November 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Rochdale's 292 takeaways with ratings, 167 (57%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
