The Corner Cafe, a takeaway at Colmar House, Unit D Middleton Gardens, Middleton, Manchester was given the maximum score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rochdale's 294 takeaways with ratings, 153 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
