Side Street Burgers Ltd, a takeaway at 102 Whitworth Road, Rochdale, Lancashire was given the maximum score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rochdale's 291 takeaways with ratings, 151 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
