Costa Coffee, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Kingsway Retail Park, 3 Kingsway Retail Park, Wallhead Road, Rochdale Lancashire was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rochdale's 219 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 157 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
