Bay of Bengal, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 13-15 Todmorden Road, Littleborough, Lancashire was given the maximum score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Rochdale's 219 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 158 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
