A Rochdale restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The North Coffee Shop, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 40a Dale Street, Milnrow, Lancashire was given the maximum score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Rochdale's 212 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 147 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
