Food hygiene ratings handed to two Rochdale takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Rochdale’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Rochdale’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New York Chicken, at 41 Milkstone Road, Rochdale, Lancashire was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 12.

And Hill's Traditional Fish & Chips, at 331 Oldham Road, Middleton, Manchester was given a score of three on December 12.

It means that of Rochdale's 293 takeaways with ratings, 158 (54%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
