The Laughing Loaf, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1b The Walk, Rochdale, Lancashire was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 11.
And Yangs, a takeaway at 21 Market Place, Middleton, Rochdale was given a score of three on December 11.
