New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Rochdale’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Rochdale’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 4: Cafe Meridia at 6 Kingsway, Middleton, Rochdale; rated on May 3

• Rated 2: ALA Mini Market at 43 Milkstone Road, Rochdale, Lancashire; rated on April 25

Takeaways

And two ratings have been handed to takeaways:

• Rated 5: The Sandwich Company at 64 Edenfield Road, Rochdale, Lancashire; rated on May 15

• Rated 5: Zam Zams - Roma and Shakes at 40 Long Street, Middleton, Manchester; rated on May 15
