Road closures: nine for Oldham drivers over the next fortnight
Drivers in and around Oldham will have nine National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And seven of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

Hide AdThe latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that nine closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• A627(M), from 8pm November 27 to 5am December 30, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A627M both directions A663 to J1 - carriageway closure for drainage.
• M60, from 10pm November 27 to 6am November 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M60 both directions J22 to J23 - lane closure for electrical works on behalf of National Highways.
• A627(M), from 8pm November 29 to 6am December 19, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A663 both directions, junction 1 to Holinwood Ave - carriageway closure for inspection/survey.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
