An Oldham takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Tommyfield Chippy, a takeaway at Tommyfield Market Brick Unit 27, Albion Street, Oldham was given the score after assessment on December 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Oldham's 267 takeaways with ratings, 154 (58%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
