Di Lan's, a takeaway at 236 Ashton Road, Oldham, Oldham was given the score after assessment on October 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Oldham's 264 takeaways with ratings, 126 (48%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
