Desi Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 65 Manchester Road, Oldham was given the minimum score after assessment on July 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Oldham's 279 takeaways with ratings, 145 (52%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
