Vindaloo Indian Takeaway, a takeaway at 608 Oldham Road, Failsworth, Oldham was given the score after assessment on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Oldham's 274 takeaways with ratings, 146 (53%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
