And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

M62, from 8.30pm August 20 to 5am August 23, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M62 eastbound and westbound, junction 19 to 21 lane closures due to general maintenance works.

And a further three closures will begin over the next seven days:

A627(M), from 8.30pm August 26 to 5am August 28, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A627M southbound, junction 2 to 1 - Lane closure for barrier/Fence Safety Repairs.

A627(M), from 8.30pm August 30 to 5am September 2, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A627M northbound and southbound, junction 1 to junction 2 - Lane closure for barrier/Fence Safety Repairs.

A663, from 8pm to 10pm on September 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A663 northbound, from M60, junction 21 to end of dualling south of, junction B6189 lane closure due to replacement of manhole frame and cover.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
