Castleshaw Outdoor Centre, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Castleshaw Centre, Waterworks Road, Delph, Oldham was given the score after assessment on April 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Oldham's 332 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 219 (66%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
