Moza Bites, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 282 Rochdale Road, Oldham was given the score after assessment on September 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Oldham's 325 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 223 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
