New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Oldham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Oldham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Kurry Express, at 484 Oldham Road, Failsworth, Oldham was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 22.

And Lena's Kitchen, at 712 Oldham Road, Failsworth, Oldham was given a score of four on May 22.

It means that of Oldham's 268 takeaways with ratings, 158 (59%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
