New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Oldham’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Coffee and Cake, at 301 Denton Lane, Chadderton, Oldham was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 19.

And Chaii Bhais, at 164 Chadderton Way, Oldham was given a score of one on December 19.

It means that of Oldham's 315 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 220 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
