A Manchester takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Manchester takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Mr Fries, a takeaway at 126 Claremont Road, Manchester was given the score after assessment on December 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Manchester's 639 takeaways with ratings, 235 (37%) have ratings of five and just eight have zero ratings.
