Indian Spice, a takeaway at 38 Old Moat Lane, Manchester was given the maximum score after assessment on June 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Manchester's 603 takeaways with ratings, 199 (33%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
