A Manchester takeaway has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Teage, a takeaway at Unit 8 Dale House, Vickers Street, Manchester was given the maximum score after assessment on March 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Manchester's 627 takeaways with ratings, 213 (34%) have ratings of five and just nine have zero ratings.
