A Manchester restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Manchester restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Gingers Place Mount Road Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 149 Mount Road, Manchester was given the score after assessment on November 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Manchester's 1,548 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 1,043 (67%) have ratings of five and just nine have zero ratings.
